Why can’t I just have both? I fail to see why I’d be opening and closing a stroller at all at a theme park, aside from the 1=2 rides I’d take an infant/small baby on.
From what I’ve seen, there’s always somebody staying behind with the stroller/baby if everybody doesn’t go. If they do go, there’s a station to park/lock the strollers.

Or you could just rent a stroller.
