I have several Asus products, including an Asus Transfomer and I consider the Asus customer service quite all right. The updates for Transfomer are been made very fast after the Google submission and Asus continuously improve tablet performance and stability. Because of that I’m very surprised of their “response” to the present GPS issue. I hope this will be fixed shortly and more importantly I hope that this kind of reaction to problems will not reappear.
