It’s not our intention to sell your photos.

I certainly don’t know, but these sound like weasel words. He didn’t say “We’re not going to sell your photos,” he said something vague about their intentions. The other context make it sound more like they’re not going to sell people’s photos, but color me (haha!) skeptical.
