To me, this leads me to believe that if a friend of mine on Facebook posts a picture of him and his wife after they finish running a marathon, I might see this same picture in my Instagram feed, and since there’s no message or acknowledgement that it is an ad, I “like” it, and then this in turn posts a message on my Facebook wall that I “like” Gatorade?

This might seem outlandish or even border on “Tin-Foil-Hat” Paranoia, but aren’t they now open to do this if they so choose?
