because it ends up being used as a high end point and shoot. It’s either an accessible camera for dslr users who want something smaller at times but simply don’t find point and shoots or their phone good enough. Or its for someone who want’s a low end DSLR because they want a more quality picture, but they don’t want to actually get into what owning a dslr means. They never were going to buy more lenses anyways.
