The thing is though, if you buy a Nook, you WILL need to go to the store for support. I’ve seen so many poor old people buying this things and then going into the store for some nimrod B&N employee to do a software update for them. I don’t need to get any support for my device. Why? Because it’s a Nexus 7. If something was ever wrong with it, just ship it back for an RMA, it is really not that difficult.
