I still don’t understand how such terrible-to-use products get damn near a 7. I wish that your middle-of-the-road score, 5.0, actually DID denote “average”. There are so few products that receive a sub-5 score that you may as well just subtract 5 from every score, and make the perfect score a 5.0.
What’s the point of having a 10-point rating scale when you almost never give devices below a 5? Just curious.
