Tablet apps aren’t just about resolution, they also add functionality vs a upscaled phone app. I hate that argument, as developers dont’ have the drive to make tablet versions and the end result is a mediocre experience on a 10 inch tablet. It’s not as bad on the Nexus 7 in some cases, but why have a great display that you can’t take advantage of.
