Even with the higher PPI rating, I think text rendering on the N7 is still inferior when compared with the iPad Mini. It looks low-contrast and washed out, especially in Chrome when you zoom out.
As of right now, I think the N7’s only redeeming feature is the new Android 4.2 keyboard, which lets you type Swype-style. Typing in this manner makes much more sense on a tablet than the hunt-and-peck that you have to do on iOS.
