There is nothing I use on the ipad that I can’t find on the play store..

Keyword being ‘I’.

My ipad’s camera is horrible.

And the back camera in the iPad (third gen), iPad (fourth gen), and iPad Mini are not.

Plus, people taking pictures with their ipads look ridiculous..

So what?

iMediaShare works great for streaming media from my Nexus..

And Airplay and an Apple TV work better with more content options.

(iOS has iMediaShare too btw. And other DLNA apps. Which still means that what it comes down to is Apple TV and Airplay or the Nexus Q and Android, meaning iOS wins. I.E. more options on iOS.)

Post purchase service? It has the same warranty.. What more do I need? If it doesn’t work, it gets replaced. Done, and done.

Nope.

Price

So you use the Nexus 7 you own instead of the iPad you own because of the Nexus 7’s price? See what’s wrong with that statement?

It is smaller and lighter.

The iPad Mini is lighter. I assumed we were comparing it to that, but I guess not…

Yep, I think this is worth listing twice.

Because there’s not much else there. Just price, smaller, widgets, google maps, and drag and drop file access, which is what I have with Dropbox and SAMBA/FTP.

I really could go on.

Please do. And keep in mind my original post and if the Nexus 7 has better cameras, better tablet apps, better real world post purchase service and not what you imagine it will be like, and better streaming to TV options.
