Are you an idiot? It has a different name because it doesn’t have all the functionality of Office 2013 – hence its called Office 2013 RT.
And all it’s planned functionality has been implemented in the final RTM version available through a Windows Update RIGHT NOW on some machines, and already pre-loaded on newer ones
