So what? The last few Kindles didn’t ship with AC chargers either, so you were never ‘owed’ one in the first place. It’s a device that charges once every fortnight-month, barely sips power. If by not packing one in, Amazon can save a bit of money, cut down on shipping (their recycled packaging is threadbare) and save the planet a little heartache, then that alone is enough.
The majority of AC adapters aren’t even used since people already have a bunch at home from other devices. You can pick one up for $1-2 online, it’s a trinket that most people wouldn’t even notice. Stop being a child and expecting every little thing for free due to some warped entitlement issues.
