"Microsoft Wedge Touch Mouse and Mobile Keyboard review"

Whilst all of you guys seem concerned with gesture support, something strikes me here particularly with the mouse – the shape. It seems like a bold leap away from the last 15 years of “ergonomic” asymetrical egg shaped designs. It it a product of some very careful research and testing, or an more an attempt to stand out from the crowd as part of their wider approach of late (eg new logo, windows 8, surface etc)? Perhaps both. Microsoft have long pushed their various ergonomic designs, and actually have quite an incredibly strong heritage in this department as far as mice and keyboards go – so it’s cool to see them continuing to innovate, I’d just be interested to see how the mouse in particular fares for hand and wrist strain after heavy use.
