Yup for me OneNote is the product to beat. The inking features alone make it a must buy for me, even on the current version on Windows 7. The built in audio recording + indexing is also pretty awesome
Though unfortunately my notes do tend to have excessive numbers of silly doodles thanks to that pen support…
