You think that really discounts my prior statement? Look, the proof is in the price, they lowered it from $500 to $50 dollars. What was the purpose of that? It’s a tacit admission that it isn’t worth the money, and they don’t intent to try and make it worth the money in the future. Now they’re actually dropping gui tools for management. The reason is those take large amounts of testing and UAT to interate and implement.
I don’t have a personal vendetta against Mac OS X server, I just think Apple is smart enough to know there is little money in dumping large amounts of resources in it.
