We’ve been a majority Sony Ericsson family for a while and our experience on the whole has been good.
My main issue right now is the lack of a really solid flagship for 2012. The S is good, but it’s being sold as a mid range phone here for a reason.
The latest new phone in my family is a quad HTC One X. That is truly a flagship device that justifies its price tag… and Sony just aren’t quite there yet.
I’m personally quite happy with ICS on my Xperia for now. Hopefully they’ll get a GX or improved S variant or something better on the market when Jelly Bean starts rolling out. Even though I’d like to stay with Xperia, if my phone died tomorrow then Sony’s lack of a flagship device would mean that my next phone would probably be a One X or Nexus.
