While it certainly looks clean, they still need to improve their text rendering. I’m using Chrome and can’t see any anti-aliasing on any of the text being used. (Same problem plaguing WinRT apps).

I also agree, Microsoft has always had a problem where different teams would be responsible for designing different parts of the website. They need to consolidate the design and make every page use the same design language.
