The comparison with Apple is inevitable. However, can the manufacturing keep up with the sort of demand that iPads and iPhones would have? Also, there was a story about Apple changing one thing at last minute, and the Foxconn factory had to wake their workers up at night to ramp up production to meet the demand right away. Is that doable in the US? I’ll support well-made US products, sure, but the problem is not black and white.
