Sorta. A good chunk of those 30 million users also have Facebook accounts, and the majority of those are active users at that. Judging by the amount of Instagram posts I see on my News Feed, Facebook was seeking to cement their hold on 30 million people. Whether thats anticompetitive…well, we’ll leave that for the Office.
