but the damage done to Apple had Moto won would in no way be proportional to the damage done to Motorola had Apple won.
You’re right, if Motorola would have somehow won using FRAND patents, the damage to Apple and the industry as a whole would be enormous, and terrible for consumers. If Apple would have won, Motorola would only have had to develop workarounds.
