Wifi-only is a rumor at this point.
I think a lot of the so-called ‘leaks’ coming out are from disgruntled partners, like Acer. They’re doing everything they can to pain Microsoft in a bad light because MS actually has a good product, a great vision, and – for the first time in recent memory – the intestinal fortitude to say “screw you” to the businesses that have mangled that vision over the years and just show the public how it should be done. It’s a refreshing callback to the Microsoft of the 90s – the aggressive giant that changed computing, and not the arthritic turtle of the last decade hobbled by antitrust and Jim Allchin debacle with Vista.
