What I have seen as a bit fanboy like is someone ordering the new Macbook Pro, even when the software they use isn’t yet ready to make use of the new retina display (Photoshop will look horrible on it for a while due to the issues that will likely occur due to upscaling). Plus considering how hard it will be to repair etc I think buying one so soon is a fanboy reaction, and not related to a persons needs, or even takes into consideration the life time of the product.

Now am I an asus fanboy, perhaps. But does that mean I will just buy the next asus computer (that is the next device that I need to replace) without first due consideration of what I need it to do/performance etc. No.
