As much as I like Nokia, having 1 Windows RT product is basically throwing all their eggs into 1 basket for Microsoft and Nokia. As proven with the launch of the Nokia Lumia 900, they aren’t a big enough company to get the products out there in a timely fashion (I mention the Lumia 900 because of the success of it in the U.S meant delays for it to get to some European markets).
The best thing Microsoft can do is saturate the market with as many Win RT tablets as possible with as many different form factors as possible. They’re wanting you to move ecosystems, not just products. I like the idea that if I don’t want that Acer tablet or the look of a Nokia tablet, I can go with an Asus transformer instead. Choice is great for everyone.
