That doesn’t guarantee similar results in the US. As it’s been said CBS demands high ratings. You may think that the Starcraft viewership is huge but CBS may feel differently if it doesn’t catch on. I’m not saying it won’t work but it may not have staying power.
If CBS gets high ratings for a show like Two and a Half Men what makes you think those kinds of viewers will have the attention span for Dota 2 or Starcraft.
