I’m sure however the purchasing works, you get 12 months on top of what you’ve currently got left. I haven’t had my CC in Xbox Live for years, and always end up getting deals like this to expand my subscription. One point, I almost had 2 full years left. So to answer your original question, yeah, you’ll end up with 16 months total.
