You should let Nilay handle the legal posts Vlad. Very poor analysis and understanding of the issue. Plus using that picture of N9 (Not Lumia folks), is just using google tactics of diversion in patents battle. Go to FossPatents even your source on patents, to read the vehement blasting of Google.
