I completely agree. Also, with a cheap VPN, I can get all the US content on Netflix, which blows LoveFilm out of the water.
Another thing that puts me off LoveFilm is that you have to phone them to cancel your subscription (at least this was the situation last year, I’m not sure if they’ve improved). Shitty tactics, designed to make it as inconvenient as possible to leave their service.
