Sony’s Music Unlimited is a better bet IMO, the song selection is much stronger and they are giving away 180 days worth of the basic £3.99 service for new users. The £9.99 service has 22m tracks on it which is about the same as iTunes and it uses an advanced Dolby codec designed for internet based streaming. Not only that but Music Unlimited has iOS, Android, Vita, PSP and PS3 apps available. I hate to sound like an informercial, but I don’t see what Samsung are offering that isn’t already available from other services or providers on Android/iOS.

What is also of concern is that the app looks to be available only on Samsung devices natively. Sony were smart enough to roll out an Android app that works on any Android 2.3+ device regardless of whether it is a Sony or not, while this seems limited to Samsung devices so far with the S3, S2, Note, Samsung TVs and Fridges mentioned.

In short, this service looks uncompetitive and I would not consider subscribing until Samsung address the points above and roll out an iOS app.
