I’m sorry, no, this and mostly likely Prometheus (because of the insane hype machine they’ve created,) will suck.
Can’t they just eschew past franchises? Obviously not. Hollywood doesn’t work that way. Movies are made for the all important 0-200 yeardold, black-white-yellow-red-green-puprle, female-male-unsure, demographic. Recipe for success: find something popular, pick away at it until it’s mundane and then give it a budget over a hundred million dollars.
But WTF do I know. Apparently The Avengers is the greatest movie evvaaarrr!!1111one
