If you really want to stop acts like CISPA
You can’t. And that’s what makes all of this so hilarious; it’s gone way past the national level (aka SOPA) to affecting on an international scale, and everyone included are just chasing each others’ tails in an attempt to be “in” and not have the big, bad USA bully over their shoulders screaming “INTERNET BAD, NEED REGULATION, OR I CUT TRADE”, which is obviously worse than a handful of paltry ISP proxies.
