Louis C.K. is releasing his first feature film online for $5

Louis CK on Conan

Comedian Louis C.K. has experimented with selling stand-up specials and tour tickets online to great success, and now he's launching something a bit more retro — his very first film. The 1998 feature Tomorrow Night, which C.K. wrote and directed, will be available to purchase directly from his site for $5 starting tomorrow. The strange black-and-white film, which tells of a photo store owner named Charles, starred Chuck Sklar in the lead role and also featured minor appearances from Steve Carell, Amy Poehler, Wanda Sykes, and Conan O'Brien.

C.K.'s first digital release, the DRM-free stand-up special Live at the Beacon Theater, earned the comedian $200,000 in just four days after release. He has since experimented with different sales techniques, including partnering with the Humble Bundle last August. You can check out a trailer for Tomorrow Night below. It will be available to purchase at C.K.'s site tomorrow.
