Android
Users of the iOS version of the photo messaging app Snapchat got to try their hand at video in December, and now the company is offering the same functionality to some Android users. As spotted by TechCrunch, Snapchat announced that it was making a beta version of the app available that adds video messaging, however it appears there's a catch or two. The download site doesn't appear to be working for international users, and those that can see the link are also greeted with a timer counting ominously down — currently scheduled to hit zero at 5AM ET Tuesday. We wouldn't be surprised if the link ceased working altogether at that time, but in the meantime, the download window is open. Just make sure those videos really do disappear when you're done.
