AT&T tries to explain your bill with a video, still doesn't do the job

Cellphone bills can be confusing messes filled with activation fees and one time charges, but AT&T wants to help its customers navigate them a little better by offering personalized video explanations of every bill. Rather than a general overview of frequently asked billing questions, the new videos have itemized explanations of your monthly bill, and will be available via email or your myAT&T account. The video below demonstrates the service, but it doesn't appear to provide much more information on the mysterious "one time charge" than ordinary bills. While some are content to sift through their itemized statements and others don't even bother to delve into specifics, this service may prove useful for the average customer who just wants their charges explained. AT&T plans to launch the video billing service nationwide by early 2013.
